To say the least, brand identity is important and I've gotten to help a few fine folks create a brand that both resonates with their intended audience and speaks to the ideas they'd like to share.
Web didn't kill print, it just changed things. I've designed websites, business cards, brochures, PowerPoints, magazines, books, one pagers, mailers, sticker, banners, signs and just about anything else you could think of in this category. Here are a few examples!

It can often feel like all those long hours spent behind a screen on in the weeds of a sketch book are made even more sweet when you get to enjoy the fruits of your picking or sketching.
